2017 Regional Assemblies - Have You Registered Yet?

This year we have concentrated on making sure that the Regional Assemblies have something to offer everyone in a Rotary Club.  You are all invited to participate in the Regional Assemblies, which will deliver the tools to develop and maximise the effects of the work of Rotary in the coming year in your clubs and districts.

We hope the video from RIBI President 2017/18 Denis Spiller and 2018/19 Debbie Hodge CLICK HERE will encourage you to attend one of the forthcoming Regional Assemblies near you. RI President Elect Ian Riseley has chosen “Rotary: Making A Difference” as his theme for 2017/18. CLICK HERE to view his speech at the International Assembly in San Diego. His  visit to our Leadership Assembly at Birmingham last weekend inspired the delegates to go back to their districts determined to  step up their efforts  to help in their communities. Come along and learn how to maximise the results from all of the many and varied projects you carry out to make a big difference in your community, and pick up ideas on how to make this year’s District or Club Assembly a “not-to-be-missed” event.

Programme & Registration Fees

All of the Regional Assemblies will be in the same format and have the same sessions with the relevant RIBI Committee Members present in each discussion.

Each Regional Assembly will start at 10.00am with coffee and registration and a plenary at 10.30am. There will then be sessions throughout the day and the event will finish at approximately 4.00pm. A light lunch will be provided.

The registration fee is 30.00 per person and includes the lunch and refreshments. A discounted registration fee of 15.00 is offered to Rotaract Club Members attending the Rotaract sessions in London.

As a Rotarian/Rotaractor attending at your own expense under the 'Open Invitation' registration, you will not be eligible to claim any travel or accommodation expenses from the Association, but ask your district or club treasurer if they can help with the cost.

Why not make a day of it with other members from your club or district, share the cost of travel and enjoy the company of like-minded Rotarians.
