Sunday 5th June 2022 is the final day of the Queen’s 70th Jubilee, the culmination of four days celebrating her exceptional service.
That’s why hundreds of organisations have come together to declare Sunday the 5th of June 2022 as Thank You Day.
Last year millions of us got together to say socially distanced thank yous for the incredible spirit with which we helped each other through the dark days of the pandemic.
On Thank You Day this year we hope millions of us will get together with family, friends, neighbours, and in our communities to share a Big Jubilee Lunch together. As well as thanking the Queen, but we’ll also be thanking the people in our own lives, who we rely on every day. The people whose support we couldn’t do without.
We’re so excited to once again be involved in celebrating Thank You Day. At Rotary we love making connections and making a difference, and Thank You Day is an amazing campaign which helps people do exactly that."
As part of Thank You Day, we're encouraging Rotary clubs to get involved in The Big Jubilee Lunch.
Bringing the community together is what Rotary does best, and as we celebrate the once in a lifetime event that is the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, this unique Big Lunch is set to be a cracker!
Whether it’s sharing a cuppa with a neighbour on the doorstep or a bigger bash in the street, join millions of people across the UK to share friendship, food and fun with The Big Jubilee Lunch.

On, Sunday 5th June which is also World Environment Day, Rotary is leading communities across the country to say thank you to their environment by getting together for #Power Hour - a national litter pick to clear up their streets for an hour before Jubilee activities and street parties.
So why not get involved and team up with your local community to do something great.
