As district mediators, you are welcome to work with your district team to promote mediation and to visit clubs to share how to work through differences. There are resources on the Dispute Management page and also on Values and Behaviours page.
Many arguments can be managed at club level without escalation. Having your support can enable clubs to do this successfully.
