Rotary Volunteer Work

Rewarding Voluntary Work That Makes a Difference

Volunteer work with Rotary can make a real difference to communities both home and abroad. Through voluntary work and other activities, Rotary gives volunteers and young people the chance to hone and improve personal skills and educate themselves in the problems that different countries around the world face on a daily basis. Volunteer work also allows you to meet like-minded individuals, who you will work and socialise closely with, hopefully leading to new friendships and establishing long-lasting relationships.

Business Networking through Rotary Volunteer Work

Through voluntary work with Rotary you will meet a large cross-section of people from a wide variety of business backgrounds. Add to this the diversity of our members from all walks of life then you will see the opportunity to interact with, and strike up professional connections across a large section of contrasting people, giving you the opportunity to share in business networking groups and events through volunteer work.

Voluntary Work at Home and Abroad

Voluntary work unites Rotary members at home and across the globe to share their knowledge and experience in a bid to take on and overcome some very challenging situations. Our volunteer work covers the following main areas:

  • Promoting Peace
  • Preventing Diseases
  • Providing Access to Clean Water and Sanitation
  • Enhancing Maternal and Child Health
  • Improving Basic Education
  • Literacy and Helping Communities Develop

If you would like more information regarding voluntary work with Rotary or how you can get involved in any way, fill out the form here and we shall get back to you very soon.

Meet Rotary

“I joined Rotary hoping to make a difference but had no idea that it would change my world. Meeting and becoming friends with some of the most extraordinarily inspirational people imaginable has been a life changing experience.”
