Thank you for filling out the DBS privacy consent capture form.
Your DBS countersignatory application will now be sent away for processing.
When you receive your letter from the DBS, please scan and send a copy to compliance@rotarygbi.org. This is to prove that you are cleared to be a countersignatory for your district and to provide the Rotary GB&I Compliance Team with a record of your unique number. If you step down from your post, this number will be used to advise the DBS that you are no longer active.
