As well as the public liability cover, Rotary GB&I also has Management Liability insurance. A term of this insurance policy is that if a club or its associated entity is an incorporated body and requires cover via the Rotary GB&I Management Liability insurance cover, it must be named separately in a schedule to the policy.

For these purposes, associated entity means a separately registered entity in which most directors/trustees are members of the same Rotary club. The policy cannot cover any entity which employs staff or undertakes public sector contracts. If your club trust is only registered at the Charity Commission/OSCR or the equivalent in your jurisdiction but it is NOT otherwise a separately registered entity, there is no need to inform us.
