Thanks for helping with the risk management research project. It will be interesting to understand what risks we think are present and how we can manage them. Here are a few examples of risk which represent the options available in the survey:
Economic risks – financial issues may increase our costs, reduce our income and result in staff shortages.
Legal risks – new regulations could disrupt our processes or prevent us operating in a certain way.
Operational risks – something which prevents the day-to-day running of Rotary. Causes can include mass staff illnesses, bad weather, lengthy power cuts, fire in the building, NetForum failing for few days.
Reputational risks –our reputation being damaged through bad experiences, serious incidents e.g. a young person injured on one of our expeditions; a member of Rotary found guilty of breaking the law and we did not act on it when we found out.
Process risks – A flaw in a process which results in vital action not being carried out with bad consequences.
Training risks – A gap in training resulting in the wrong action being taken e.g. breach of GDPR regulations.
Once you have pressed submit at the end of the survey, you will come back to this landing page where you can start again to record other risks. This survey will close 22nd March 2019. All the information will be gathered and shared. To get started please press the button below.
