Enhance Participant Engagement

  • Enhance Participant Engagement

As People of Action we create meaningful relationships across decades and continents.

Let’s use every encounter as an opportunity to show people what Rotary can do for them as individuals and as members of our communities.

To enhance participant engagement we will:

Support Clubs to Better Engage their Members

We will achieve this by:

  • Increasing collaboration between countries, clubs and districts across all disciplines of the support team
  • Embedding Leadership Development and Training support into district clusters
  • Increasing the percentage of members using My Rotary and the Rotary GB&I Members Area
  • Introducing a full onboarding experience for new members
  • Measuring and increasing uptake of the Learning Centre courses
  • Elevating the role and effectiveness of District Team Leads to enhance the journey and value experienced for new members
  • Hosting vibrant club workshops across all districts for more integrated club leadership development
  • Conducting a region-wide skills audit to unearth undiscovered talent.

We will achieve this by:

  • Embrace a hybrid environment wherever possible to be more inclusive
  • Raising the bar on all leadership levels
  • Adopting a multi-district approach and curriculum for training
  • Standardising content and quality for other District Learning events
  • Placing greater emphasis on leadership skills for the District Governor journey
