A day of fun and adventure for disabled or disadvantaged children.
Rotary Children's Fun Day provides positive experiences for some of the UK's most vulnerable and disadvantaged children.
The programme is organised by Rotary clubs across the country. It is supported by Kids in Mind, a children's charity that offers mental health and wellbeing support for children escaping domestic violence.
A donation of just £5 will add a subsidy to a child's experience for the Rotary Children's Fun Day 2026.
For more than three decades, Rotary has been giving disabled and disadvantaged young people the chance to enjoy new experiences, taste adventure andĀ have fun trips and days out.
More than 1 million children have enjoyed a break from the ordinary in a range of ways.
All of this is made possible thanks to Rotary clubs, who help to organise and fund activities, with many Rotary members also volunteering a helping hand.
It brings fun into the lives of children who may experience life challenges, may come from difficult backgrounds, escaped domestic violence, or are disadvantaged in a number of ways.
Rotary Children's Fun Day 2025
More than 25,000 children and hundreds of Rotary volunteers took part in this year's Rotary Children's Fun Days organised by Rotary clubs across Great Britain and Ireland and supported by Kids in Mind charity.
You can find out more about the fun activity days that Rotary clubs and Kids in Mind helped bring to life for thousands of children this year in August's Rotary Magazine.
Rotary Christmas Toy Boxes is an initiative to provide individual toy boxes to every child in every domestic abuse refuge across the UK and is part of the Rotary Childrenās Fun Day activities.
Thank you for your incredible support of the initiative in 2024. Thanks to your generosity, an outstanding £84,225 was raised, enabling the delivery of 3,369 toy boxes to children living in domestic abuse refuges across Great Britain and Ireland, bringing smiles and joy during the festive season. This initiative was a true success, made possible through the support of our valued partner, Kids in Mind.
