The Newcastle Action Summit is the flagship national event for Rotary GB&I in 2024, and is open to every Rotarian.
Taking place over the weekend of November 8th to 10th at the Crowne Plaza Stephenson Quarter Hotel, right in the centre of Newcastle, our theme will be ‘North Star – One Year In’.

Geordie Night - £32.00 per person
The Action Summit kicks off with an aptly-themed Geordie Night! What better way to be welcomed to Newcastle than in traditional style.
Enjoy pre-dinner music by Robson’s Choice: Northumbrian Pipers and Instrumentalists. Followed by an authentic, locally selected 3-course dinner with a Geordie-themed menu and after-dinner entertainment provided by a world-class folk singer and fiddle player.
Rotary Foundation Dinner - £37.50 per person
Friday 8th November. 3 course dinner and inspirational Foundation speakers.
‘Speak-easy’ Gala Dinner - £40 per person
Saturday 9th November. You are set to have a fantastic evening at this special "Speak-easy" themed night. Ticket includes an arrival drink, sumptuous three-course dinner, pre-dinner entertainment, after-dinner live music and dancing. Dress code: 1920’s/1930’s or smart.

Taking place on Thursday 7th November before the Action Summit starts, you will have the opportunity to take in the local heritage on one of the day excursions outlined above. They will all be organised by local Rotary clubs and are specifically for Action Summit delegates. Just register your interest in any of the visits via the online registration.
Details of prices and how to book will then be sent separately. Prices will depend on numbers and will include lunch and transport.
