Aid agencies are continuing to send help to Guatemala following the devastation caused by volcanic eruptions and Tropical Storm Agatha in May.
Hundreds of people have been left homeless after mudslides swept through the city and surrounding areas, destroying everything in their path.
ShelterBox has sent over a hundred boxes to the disaster zone but more help is needed in the form of Water Survival Box, Trade Aid, Aquabox and Life Boxes. These survival kits will help communities not only survive the initial weeks but assist in rebuilding their lives and restore hope for the future.
Water Survival Box and Aquabox contain equipment which will filter the water making it safe to drink and also have cooking implements as well as shelter provisions. The mudslides and volcanic ash have contaminated water and survivors are in desperate need of help.
