The Rotary Club of Barry took over seventy pupils from three local primary schools on a coach trip to Brean Sands theme park for national KidsOut day.
The weather was beautiful and first on the coach – looking the part with red hats on heads and huge smiles on their faces – were two Past Presidents, David Ball and John Shapland, who are affectionately known in the club as the two biggest kids of all.
They teamed up with Laurel and Hardy, visited the hall of mirrors and handed out ice creams to the children who were also provided with hats and sweets.
David and John said it had been a real pleasure to take so many pupils on such a wonderful day out and to see them all enjoying themselves and having such good fun.
